If your DJControl Mix is not detected or does not turn on, follow these troubleshooting steps to try to find a solution.

1. Check power source (if DJControl Mix does not light up)
- USB power source: Make sure your DJControl Mix is connected to a reliable USB power source. Use the USB cable provided with the controller.
- Power bank or adapter: If using a power bank or USB adapter, ensure it is fully charged and functioning properly.
- Use a powered USB HUB: If your computer's USB ports are not providing enough power, try using a powered USB hub. This can supply the necessary power to your controller and may resolve the issue.
- Try another USB cable: If the controller still does not power on, try using a different USB cable.

2. Device compatibility
- Android and iOS: Ensure your device is compatible with the DJControl Mix. The controller is designed to work with Android and iOS devices using the Algoriddim djay app.

3. Bluetooth connection
- Bluetooth Pairing: Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your device (also activate Location for an Android device) and that the DJControl Mix is properly paired.

Important: pairing must be performed from the djay app, not from the Bluetooth menu in your phone or tablet.

4. Restart iOS or Android device
- Sometimes, simply restarting your device can resolve connectivity issues.

5. Test on another device
- Crosstest the DJControl Mix and your device: if possible, test the DJControl Mix on another compatible device. This can help determine if the issue is with the controller or the original device.

For example:
- If the DJControl Mix lights up but is not recognized while pairing to an iOS/Android device, try pairing to another iOS/Android device (important: DJControl Mix can only pair to only one device at a time).
- If the DJControl Mix does not light up when connected to a USB port, try plugging it to another USB port and try again on another PC or Mac (or any device supplying power through USB ports).
